We are affiliated with Savills, an international Property Consultant, a Public Listed Company in UK and we are supporting Savills in all their Local and International Property Project marketing.

- Professional Upgrading Training Programmes (subsidized by Huttons)
1. Effective Marketing of Primary Properties and Mastering The Art of Project Marketing. This 2 full-days advanced training programme has been endorsed by a professional real estate institution and many of the major property developers in Singapore
2. The Science of Becoming Rich in the Real Estate Business - 3 full-days advanced training programme for both new and experienced Associates. Cutting-edge techniques that will help them become Top Producers when applied diligently to their sales of secondary market
3. Leadership Skills Development Workshops. All levels of Leaders will learn the skills and techniques to lead and manage their teams for better performance and cohesiveness of the team.
4. Presenting Yourself with Presence and POISE grooming workshop. This workshop is to groom our Associates to present themselves and look more professional on their appearance and behaviours.
- In-house Professional Upgrading Training Programmes (FOC)
1. Total 20 Professional Upgrading Workshops (2 workshops monthly have been scheduled until end of December 2006) on Real Estate sales and leasing transactions (including Developers' Project sales, Private Properties Sales & Leasing: Sales of Commercial Properties and HDB Resale transactions). This workshops will improve our Associates on their knowledge and professionalism and most importantly, to prevent / avoid making mistakes.
2. SAEA's Professional Code of Ethics & Conducts (SAEA = Singapore Accredited Estate Agents). This ensures that our agents work with pride & integrity.
- Cutting Edge Innovative Marketing Technology
Besides the basic tools which all Agencies are providing, we have implemented a new cutting edge marketing tool - The Virtual Property Movie (VPM) which allows customer to view virtual properties online.
